Accepting Always PLLC is a growing, inclusive group mental health practice serving adults and couples throughout Washington and Oregon. We believe in providing compassionate, individualized, evidence-based care while creating a supportive environment where clinicians have the autonomy to practice authentically.

We’re looking for motivated, compassionate clinicians who want to grow professionally, develop their specialties, and be part of a collaborative practice without the administrative burden of running their own business.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from independently licensed clinicians and associate-level therapists. We’re especially interested in clinicians with experience or interest in:

• EMDR and trauma-focused therapy
• OCD and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
• Couples and relationship therapy (EFT/Gottman)
• Eating disorders and body image
• ADHD, autism, and neurodivergent-affirming care
• Sex therapy and intimacy concerns
• Chronic pain and pain reprocessing therapy
• Substance use and co-occurring disorders

Specialty training is desired.

Qualifications

• Current Washington mental health professional license or associate credential (LMHC, LMHCA, LICSW, LSWAIC, LMFT, LMFTA, or equivalent eligible credentials)
• Oregon licensure is a plus
• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant clinical field
• Strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and documentation skills
• Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, and affirming care
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
