Position Summary

Bridging Care is hiring Behavioral Health Therapists to join our growing clinical team. We welcome both Licensed Associates (LSWAIC, LMHCA, LMFTA) working toward full licensure and Fully Licensed Therapists (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) licensed in Washington State. This role combines individual client care with team-based responsibilities, including group facilitation, care coordination support, and collaborative program efforts, and requires consistent engagement in supervision, documentation, and ongoing professional development.

Compensation

● Associate Therapists: $72,000/year annualized. To give new Associate Therapists time to build a full caseload, the position begins on an hourly basis at $34.62/hour (the hourly equivalent of the $72,000 annual salary) during your first weeks on the team. Once your caseload reaches full capacity, approximately 25 clients per week, you'll transition to salaried status at $72,000/year. This transition reflects a change in pay structure, not a raise: your hourly rate is calculated directly from the target salary so your compensation stays consistent throughout the ramp-up period.

● Fully Licensed Therapists: $85,000/year, salaried from day one.

● Benefits: W-2 employment with full benefits, including medical and dental insurance. Bridging Care covers 100% of your premium (dependent coverage available at employee cost).

● Licensure: Bridging Care covers the cost of licensure renewal fees, supporting your continued path toward and maintenance of licensure.

● Transitioning from private practice: potential caseload buyout available, see above.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload of approximately 25 clients per week, providing individual therapeutic services.
• Support the broader care team through various efforts, which may include facilitating a therapy or process group.
• Provide support to the care coordinator team as needed to ensure continuity and quality of client care.
• Attend and actively participate in weekly team meetings.
• Meet with clinical supervisor on a weekly basis for individual supervision.
• Complete all clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, etc.) in a timely manner and in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Track and complete required continuing education (CE) hours annually to maintain licensure/certification eligibility.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to support an integrated, client-centered care model.
• Uphold Bridging Care's clinical, ethical, and confidentiality standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Washington State license as an Associate (LSWAIC, LMHCA, or LMFTA) or Fully Licensed Therapist (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT), or license-eligible.
• Associates: working toward licensure hours under qualified supervision.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable facilitating group settings and collaborating cross-functionally with care coordination staff.
• Reliable, timely, and detail-oriented with documentation and administrative requirements.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered behavioral health care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Work Expectations

• Caseload: approximately 25 clients per week.
• Work setting: fully remote, or hybrid from our Woodinville or Edmonds offices.
• Required attendance at weekly team meetings and weekly individual supervision.
• Timely completion of documentation per Bridging Care policy and applicable regulatory timelines.
• Completion of required continuing education hours each year, per state board and Bridging Care requirements.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
