Clinical Therapist

At Redmond Therapy Group, we are a small but collaborate practice that strives to cultivate close and supportive relationships between our clinicians. We pride ourselves in being more than just an office space to practice in. On top of a flexible schedule, we also cover billing and invoicing, we help our clinicians stay on top of their yearly CEU’s that are required of most licenses and we never charge for use of office space. If needed, we also provide free supervision with no out-of-pocket costs, ensuring you get the support you need without financial stress. You’ll have access to supervision from an experienced group of professionals from varying backgrounds who are excited to help new clinicians grow and even thrive in the sometimes-difficult field of mental health.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain a caseload of 20+ clients per week, please and thank you (Full-Time)
• If part-time then 10-15 clients per week
• Keep up with client notes/documentation (which is minimal we promise)
• Use DSM-V or ICD-11 to create accurate diagnoses
• Provide Telehealth therapy through our HIPAA-compliant platform (Theranest or Google Meet)
• Offer culturally sensitive, evidence-based interventions (duh)
• Participate in weekly supervision (if needed) and bi-monthly staff meetings (there’s food!)
• Deliver care with empathy and respect for all clients, regardless of background or identity
• Participate in case consultation with other clinicians to help one another grow our skills and confidence

Qualifications:

• Active Washington State associate or full license (LMHC or LICSW)
• Familiarity with DSM-V or ICD-11
• Experience working with diverse client populations
• Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems (Theranest specifically)
• CBT/DBT experience would also be impressive but not required

Pay:

Competitive rates, averaging between $65k to $95k per year dependent on insurance reimbursements, private pay amounts or EAP rates.
