Job Summary

Love Meets Therapy is a relational, trauma-informed group practice rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection, authenticity, and compassionate care. We are seeking a fully licensed clinician to join our collaborative and human-centered practice community serving clients across Washington State.

This role is ideal for a clinician who values depth-oriented therapy, relational work, autonomy, flexibility, and community support within a modern hybrid private practice environment.

We are especially interested in clinicians who are seeking a more connected and sustainable alternative to high-burnout agency or community mental health environments.

We want to support clinicians in growing professionally within a practice that values collaboration, leadership development, and long-term sustainability. Opportunities for future team lead or supervisory roles may be available for clinicians interested in leadership growth.

Position Details

  • Full-time W-2 position
  • Hybrid role: Seattle-area in-person + telehealth (Options for fully remote or fully in-person as well)
  • Flexible scheduling autonomy

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
  • Complete intake assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
  • Maintain timely and ethical documentation practices
  • Collaborate with the clinical team through consultation and communication
  • Maintain a consistent client caseload
  • Utilize evidence-based and relationally informed therapeutic approaches
  • Uphold HIPAA, ethical, and Washington State compliance standards

Qualifications Required

  • Active Washington State independent clinical license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist, etc.)
  • Ability to practice independently in Washington State
  • Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, couples, and/or families
  • Strong interpersonal, relational, and communication skills
