JOIN OUR TEAM

Wellness Therapies Spokane is currently seeking a new Full or Part-Time Licensed Mental Health Clinician, LMHC(A), LICSW(A), LMFT(A), to join our team. Experience and interest in working with children (5 and up) preferred. The therapist should be interested in exploring their own professional development while working in a supportive, collaborative clinical team environment.

Qualified applicants are self-starters, active learners and well-organized. Wellness Therapies Spokane provides therapists with individual and group supervision and consultation, including EMDR consultation, at no cost. Our Client Care Team handles billing and provides assistance with scheduling and more, based on the clinician's desired level of support. Therapists are encouraged and mentored to develop a strong sense of their professional identity, including preferred clinical populations and treatment modalities.

Full benefits-eligible positions work 25+ hours per week. Reduced benefits are available for those working 24 hours or less. Therapists are encouraged to manage their own schedules and hours. No weekends or late evenings are required. Therapist are asked to maintain a 70-75% billable rate and are paid their hourly rate for administrative hours. We provide documentation training and support. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Social Work.
• Current licensure, or the ability to obtain licensure upon employment, through the Washington State Department of Health as an LMHC(A), LICSW(A), or LMFT.
• Ability to function independently, maintain professional standards, and work effectively with others.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Training and experience utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and cooperatively.
• Self-starter who is able, willing, and excited to build their caseload.
• Acceptable references from former employer(s)
• Hold an unencumbered license.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Maintain a caseload of clients; ensure compliance with service delivery expectations including meeting 70-75% of time worked as billable hours.
• Ensure services provided are properly documented in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements.
• Attend weekly staff meetings for consultation and collaboration.
• Provide office-based and/or Telehealth outpatient clinical counseling to a varied clientele.
