Clinicial Mental Health Counseling
Northwest Psychological Resources (NWPR), a consortium of independent mental health providers in Longview, WA, is seeking independently licensed clinicians to join our practice. We welcome applications from Psychologists, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) with active Washington state licensure.
 
Work Arrangements:
Options include 100% remote telehealth or a hybrid model consisting of primary telehealth with one day per week in-office.
 
Practice Structure and Support:
  • Financials: 30% overhead fee based on monthly revenue, with a variable cap at the associate-level rate.
  • Administrative Support: Comprehensive management of intake, reception, insurance verification, and the full accounts receivable (A/R) cycle.
  • Shared Services: Coverage of shared costs for essential practice services.
  • Credentialing: In-house credentialing staff are available for contract to assist with initial insurance paneling.
