Seattle Counseling and Wellness is seeking a fully licensed, EMDR-trained clinician for a unique role that combines direct clinical work and clinical supervision. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both deep clinical work and mentoring emerging therapists—without the burden of managing business operations.

Our services include individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and comprehensive psychological testing.
What You’ll Do
- Provide short- and long-term psychotherapy (primarily individual therapy; opportunities for couples/families)
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 20 client sessions per week
- Integrate EMDR into clinical work, when appropriate
- Provide clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians
- Support EMDR case conceptualization and implementation for supervisees
- Complete timely and compliant documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes)
- Participate in consultation and team meetings
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture
- Engage in occasional community outreach or networking
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Fully licensed in Washington State (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist)
- EMDR-trained (completion of an approved training program required)
- Eligible to provide clinical supervision in Washington
- Experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults
- Strong knowledge of DSM-5-TR
- Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive care
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience supervising associate clinicians
- Advanced EMDR training or certification
- Experience with trauma and complex clinical presentations
- Experience working with LGBTQ+ clients

- $5,500 – $8,000/month, based on experience and supervisory responsibilities

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Weekend availability optional (not required)
- Flexible mix of in-person and telehealth sessions
Work Environment
Work from home and from our U-District office in Seattle. We support both in-person and telehealth services based on clinician preference.
