Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate – Hybrid Position at Una Therapy Group!
Una therapy group is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career clinician eager to gain experience in a private practice setting while working toward full LMHC licensure.

Responsibilities:
- Hold weekly, hour-long sessions with clients.
- See at least 15-20 clients per week.
- Part time flexibility
- Some on-site work required.
- Maintain and balance a weekly schedule.
- Build and sustain strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Diagnose mental health conditions and manage records for clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $40 per clinical hour and $20 per administrative hour
- 2 weeks of annual PTO (full benefit available after 6 months of employment).
- Supervision of LMHCA clinical hours toward state certification.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds an active LMHCA license in WA state and resides in WA state
- Passionate about building strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Strong ability to work independently
- Interested in working in a private practice setting and growing within the practice.
- Dedicated to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Flexible hours/schedule
- Experience working with children, teens & adults
- Experience working with LGBTQIA+ populations.
- Familiarity with inclusive practices
