· Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with Personal Injury Protection (PIP) insurance guidelines

· Provide short-term, goal-oriented care utilizing evidence-based approaches to help individuals effectively manage psychological impacts of a MVA and meet treatment objectives within a time-limited recovery framework

· Offer crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute emotional distress related to their accident

· Offer psychoeducation on trauma recovery, autonomic nervous system responses, and coping skills training to support self-efficacy and symptom management

· Collaborate with medical providers (e.g., MDs, chiropractors, case managers) to support interdisciplinary care coordination

· Maintain timely, ethical, and legally compliant clinical documentation

· Attend occasional virtual team meetings and engage in case consultation as appropriate

· Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field

· Active independent licensure (LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) in Washington

· Ability to practice independently without clinical supervision

· Clinical experience working with trauma, PTSD, stressor-related symptoms, and brain injury/concussion recovery

· Strong clinical judgment, self-awareness, and self-motivation

· Proficient in telehealth service delivery and HIPAA-compliant platforms

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

· Minimum two years post-licensure clinical experience

· EMDR-trained or certified

· Experience with cognitive rehabilitation for concussion/traumatic brain injury

· Familiarity with PIP insurance processes, documentation, and interdisciplinary communication

· Previous experience in medical or integrated care settings

Work Schedule & Environment:

· Flexible scheduling within standard working hours (Monday–Friday)
