Queer & Trans Affirming Associate Therapist

Femme & Them, PLLC is seeking a therapist with an Associate Licence (not pending) who is excited to provide affirming, anti-oppressive care to transmasculine and nonbinary teens and adults virtually across Washington State. We are specifically looking for a clinician who is prepared and genuinely interesed in providing neurodiversity affirming care to ADHD, Autistic, and AuDHD clients, trauma survivors reclaiming their narratives and sense of agency, and insurance-based clients who often struggle to find affirming, in-network care. This position will require collaborating with neurodivergent coworkers, a sense of humor, and Washington State residency (with preference given to folks living outside of King County). The ideal candidate is someone interested in continuous learning across modalities such as ACT, somatic approaches, Brainspotting, and decolonial psychology. This position is a 100% remote W2 position where you get to set your own hours, with the exception of supervision and other required meetings. We are currently hiring someone who is interesed in working up to full time, which for us is ~25 x 53+ minute client sessions per week and about 6 hours of admin time including paid supervision. This position pays $43/hour for clinical hours and $22/hour for admin time, with an increase after 6 months.
