We’re currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this role, you’ll provide thoughtful, evidence-based care to individuals navigating a variety of mental health challenges.
What You’ll Do:
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through compassionate, person-centered care.
- Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to understand each client’s unique story and needs.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism in every interaction
- Deliver high-quality therapy services that reflect the best mental health care available in our region.
- Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure clients are progressing and receiving the care they deserve.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and holistic support.
What We’re Looking For:
- A current LMHC license in Washington State.
- 1–3 years of experience providing mental health counseling.
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to ethical, high-quality care.

Responsibilities
- Therapeutic Services: Conduct individual, couples, and/or group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their mental health goals.
- Client-Centered Care: Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring a compassionate and tailored approach. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Measurement-based care: Use systematic and routine client assessment to provide evidence-based practice.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings to enhance client outcomes through shared insights and continuous professional growth.
- Documentation: Comply with all documentation, billing, and scheduling protocols.
- Professional Development: Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives as required.
- Client Support: Foster a welcoming, supportive, and culturally competent environment for clients.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
- Licensure: Valid Washington State license as an LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in a behavioral health setting.
- Skills: Strong client advocacy, evidence-based practice proficiency, and commitment to ethical care.
- Cultural Competence: Ability and willingness to work with a diverse population.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specialized Certifications: CBT, EMDR, ART, Brainspotting, IFS, or similar.
- Ability to work in a supervisory capacity.
- Additional certifications: CPR, BLS (Basic Life Support)
