Licensed Clinicians (Telehealth and/or In-Person) – Washington
Up to $112,000 annually | $12,500 Ramp-Up Stipend | 

Our client, a nationally recognized and clinician-founded behavioral health organization, is expanding services in Washington and is seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join their growing team. The Role:

We are seeking independently licensed clinicians who are energized by growth, committed to quality care, and eager to be part of a forward-thinking organization. This position allows for a balance of telehealth and/or potential in-person sessions, depending on clinician preference.

What We Are Looking For:

• Independently licensed clinicians located in Washington -LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist

• Offer 25+ clinical hours per week (eligible for $12,500 ramp stipend).  Client is also open to considering candidates who want to offer less than 25 clinical hours per week (no ramp stipend offered). 

• Behavioral health generalists comfortable working with diverse client populations.

• Clinicians who value both autonomy and collaboration in their practice.

• Professionals who bring integrity, compassion, and commitment to high-quality care.

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted licensure in Washington: LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist

• Current residence and active license in Washington

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive compensation up to $112,000 annually, based on license type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

• $12,500 ramp-up stipend for 25+ weekly clinical hours.
