Salary: $30.00 - $50.00 Hourly

Clinicial Mental Health Counseling

Job description

About Us: One Heart Wild is a nonprofit, turning 10 this year. We maintain a behavioral health agency license and offer many forms of therapeutic trauma informed interventions including: animal assisted therapy, EMDR, IFS, telemental health and other modalities based on our therapists unique interests and specialties.

We are dedicated to providing affirming and inclusive mental health care to all who seek services with our organization. We have positions for two counselors, one fully licensed and the second position could be an associate or fully licensed. Both positions have the option for full or part time.

Our practice centers on diversity, equity and inclusion to meet the unique needs of disadvantaged, and marginalized community youth, teens, adults and families. We work hard to have grant funding available to support clients without insurance or who have financial limitations.

We are a mission driven organization who believes everyone deserves access to the highest quality care and it should not be determined by financial status. We’re looking for counselors who share our vision of relational, compassionate, high-quality care.

We offer an unprecedented level of support for our clinical team because we know excellent counseling is possible when counselors feel cared for and can find a healthy work life balance. We welcome new graduates and associates to apply.

We are excited to share our unique way of providing therapy in nature, with animals, as well as in traditional ways but in a nontraditional peaceful, compassionate environment. If you are a person who is passionate about all people, animals, and nature and believe that these experiential factors can contribute to healing, please reach out and join our team!
