 NoStressNoStigma is seeking a  Clinical Site Supervisor to provide daily oversight and support to our talented team of intern and associate clinicians. We offer a supervision sponsorship and mentorship for our on site supervisors to earn the qualifications they need to become full WA State Approved Supervisors AND AAMFT Approved Supervisors.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Daily Oversight: Provide clinical supervision to assigned interns, ensuring they meet or exceed standards for quality care aligned with our philosophy and policies. 
  • Clinical Excellence: Monitor and enhance clinical outcomes, offering guidance and support to clinicians as needed. Ensure all Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation is completed professionally and in a timely manner. 
  • Emergency Support: Be available for urgent and non-urgent support, with a commitment to respond to emergencies within an hour and non-urgent inquiries by 5 PM on the same day. 
  • Weekly Check-Ins: Conduct regular virtual check-ins with providers to foster open communication and support. 
  • Recruitment & Training: Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of new providers. Conduct performance evaluations and resolve conflicts with a focus on positive leadership. 
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure clinical staff adherence to quality assurance standards and oversee coverage for vacations, sick leave, and training. 
  • Communication: Maintain strong relationships and serve as a liaison between clinical staff and administration, ensuring clear lines of communication and fostering collaboration. 
  • Provider Retention: Support the professional growth of providers in clinical and leadership roles, acting as a liaison between providers and NSNS ownership. 
  • Community Engagement: Maintain and develop positive relationships with schools and community organizations, serving as the site supervisor for new partnerships. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • WA State License in MFT, CMHC or other related mental health field with 2 years' experience.
